How we hire people
Here’s a quick overview of our typical hiring process, to explain the main stages you’ll go through. This process is just to give you a rough guide, as it is subject to variation depending on the role. We mostly use Teams for our calls, with some in-person meetings too.
We’ll kick things off with a 30 minute call with our recruiter.
We may then invite you to a 45-60 minute call with the hiring manager and/or the technical team. We may ask you for a presentation.
If you progress, we’ll invite you to a 60 minute interview with other stakeholders to assess attitude, values and our mutual fit.
