CEO & Sales & Marketing
Andrew has worked in software consulting since 2000, pioneering the web-based line of business systems now we take for granted before moving into integration and data platforms. Since then he has worked with various blue-chip clients in Retail, Technology and Financial Services before founding 345. Andrew loves how the application of technology solves real-world problems to make a difference in people’s lives.
COO & Finance Director
Paul has been in IT since the late 80’s believe it or not, starting his career working on IBM mainframes before moving onto Unix, Linux and Windows, in various roles from a systems programmer, to a developer, an architect and consultant, and working across a diverse range of sectors, clients and environments.
Since 2016, Paul has stepped into business ownership and hasn’t looked back since. Paul is now the COO of 345 Technology and is responsible for the day to day operation and health of the business.
Operations Director
James started his career in Software in the early 90’s, pursuing a degree in Computer Science. Post his academic journey he embarked on a career at BT and then Virgin Media. While working at Virgin Media James became involved in the Integration space and subsequently moved into Consulting, specialising in Integration for the last 20 years.
James’ role as Operations Director at 345 centres around orchestrating and optimising 345’s delivery and support teams.
Head of People
Isobel has diverse experience in industries such as Corporate Banking, Insurance, Renewables, and Transformation Consulting. This experience has equipped her with a wide range of people related skills and knowledge.
With over 20 years of experience, she has a deep understanding of how to drive and support high-performance cultures. Her insights and expertise are invaluable in supporting people in their chosen career path, thus helping clients achieve their business goals.
